By creating an account or using MoSciFIT ("the App," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for users of all ages, subject to the following: users under 18 require verified parent or guardian consent before account creation is complete, obtained through the App's built-in guardian-consent process. A parent or guardian may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at moscifit.inquiry@gmail.com, which will result in account suspension pending re-consent or deletion.
MoSciFIT provides fitness, nutrition, and general wellness information generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, based on information you provide. This information is educational and general in nature. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, before making changes to medications or supplements, or if you experience pain, injury, or any concerning symptoms. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including accurate health and profile information, since this directly affects the guidance the App generates for you.
Certain features require a paid MoSciFIT Premium subscription, billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time except where required by law.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as logged workouts, photos, or videos uploaded for form analysis). By submitting content, you grant MoSciFIT a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the App's features to you. We do not sell your content.

Form analysis, workout plans, nutrition plans, and health guidance are generated using artificial intelligence and automated pose-detection technology. These features provide general feedback and are not a substitute for in-person instruction from a qualified coach, trainer, or physical therapist. Accuracy may vary based on video quality, camera angle, and other factors.
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoSciFIT is not liable for any injury, health outcome, or damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated workout, nutrition, or health guidance content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MoSciFIT is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
